As a service-based company offering custom design and construction services, Libra Builders has a strict but fair refund policy in place.

1. Service Commitments

Our services involve planning, permits, material procurement, and construction labor. Due to the bespoke nature of each project, we do not offer full refunds once a service agreement is executed and work has commenced.

2. Cancellations

Clients who wish to cancel services before work has started may be eligible for a partial refund. This refund will be calculated based on any administrative, consultation, or design work already completed.

3. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract. This protects against resource and scheduling allocation.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with any part of our work or services, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving all concerns in a professional and transparent manner.
